At Scentsapeel, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final — we do not accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, or personal taste.

We do accept returns in the following cases:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

If either of these applies to your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kj.scentsapeel@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
