Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Delivery Times Once shipped, delivery times vary by carrier and destination. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. For lost packages, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
